Job Description

  • Experience- 1 to 3 + years
  • A challenging position involving research and lead generation. The role would primarily involve maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads for business development along with managing a team of lead generation associates to ensure that lead generation targets and productivity are met.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email, and social networking in your assigned SBU
  • Identifying sales opportunities through primary, and secondary research including building up and maintaining prospects’ database
  • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations
  • Establish and maintain a relationship with prospective clients
  • Schedule 1:1 meeting with prospects
  • Maintain inside sales activity records in CRM
  • Meet weekly and quarterly inside sales targets and log all prospecting activity in CRM
  • Position the value of Zelite’s offerings to prospects’ and partners requirements
  • Candidate must have excellent communication and English-speaking skills
  • Be hungry and have the desire to drive top-line revenue
  • Must be aggressive and dynamic with the right attitude
  • Must be confident and should have a pleasing personality
  • Write enticing emails clearly articulating the value of Zelite’s offerings

Background of the Inside Sales Executive

  • Excellent sales skills and a proven track record of achieving KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with senior executives.
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Previous experience in an inside sales role within a similar business.
  • Have excellent relationship-building and organizational skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-changing field.
