Zelite is looking forward to hire an Inside Sales Executive having the definitive responsibility for building and implementing the sales strategy required to maximize revenue growth across the entire breadth of his Accounts.
- Responsible for account management
- Responsible for leads generation through cold-calling
- Attending initial sales meetings and presenting the company profile.
- Performing Need Assessment with the client and defining the top level of scope
- Responsible for achieving own sales targets
- Identifying business opportunities by lead qualification & need assessments and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
- Responsible for developing a sales strategy in the industry verticals with a target prospect list.
- Responsible for identification of business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
- Work on Acquiring new Accounts and up selling in existing Account Understand the Business Drivers of the target sectors and map Zelite’s solution offerings to enhance their business.
- Identify Customer pain points and problems and propose appropriate Software solutions where ROI is clear.
- Work with Customers in building Case Studies & ROI to show the value of applying Zelite solution offerings.
- Working closely with marketing team in a proactive mode to define campaigns and their strategies to be implemented
- Performing Account Management for prospect stakeholders.
- Manage the verticals by providing sales call reports and accurate data within the sales and marketing database, accurate forecasting and solution insights.
- Build a Database of prospects within the sectors key Decision makers and the solutions Zelite can propose.
- Being a trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive assigned solution within the marketplace.
- Promote, develop prospects and grow customer satisfaction within the assigned solution.
- Arrange and conduct product demonstrations and presentations in conjunction with technical team.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Software Sales
- Proven successful Track Record of continuously over achieving sales quota
- Proven successful track record of Account Management
- MBA in Marketing / IT with good academic record
- Must have good communication skills as much of the job involves presentations, conferences and other sales pitches.
- Must be able to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints.
- Must be proficient in MS CRM or any other standard CRM software related to Sales and Marketing.
- Industry contacts and associations are an advantage
- Willingness to travel
