Experience :  3 to 4 years

Salary : INR 400,000.00  to 600,000.00 Per Annum

• • Analysis and reporting

• • • Collect and verify load / capacity data as well as other business relevant data
    • Analyze datasets to find optimal utilization / cost model for our business
    • Create top management / management reports including presentation to management
    • Answer ad-hoc requests to management including understanding of the available data
    • Report on the overall process from sales forecast planning to execution planning
    • Create “What-if” load and capacity simulations

• • Digitalization and Optimization:

• • • Continue to digitalize and automate reporting dataflow throughout the global operations network
    • Maintain and optimize SQL-database for all relevant reporting’s
    • Create and optimize site individual reporting tools
    • Standardize processes and data flow from sales over costing / demand management to forecast / backlog data for our global network
    • Develop easy to use visualizations for multiple stakeholders

• • Global tasks

• • • Support global business unit tasks as required
    • Connect functions to secure process security
    • Contact person for all load / capacity topics within business unit

Requirements :

• • Analysis Skills:

• • • Quick understanding of processes and experience with process optimization
    • Ability to extract the essence of a topic / problem and create management presentations
    • Able to combine multiple topics and reports
    • General financial and technical understanding

• • IT Skills:

• • • Administration of MS SQL Server and MS SQL Server Management Studio, especially regarding programmability of stored procedures, functions and User-Administration/Security
    • Development of MS Access-Tools and VBA programming, alternatively use of web-applications e.g. Development of Web-Applications / Full Stack,  especially ASP.net or JavaScript
    • Experience with Data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Click-View etc.)
